Indoor Warm-Water Aquatic Pool and Services
Whether you are recovering from a sports-related injury or need to incorporate low-impact exercise into your fitness program, Sports Med Utah offers an indoor, warm-water pool for aquatic therapy and fitness training. Heated year-round between 92 and 96 degrees, our state-of-the-art pool is specifically designed for aquatic therapy. It features three water depths (3’, 4’ and 5’) and a hydraulic lift for those who may need additional assistance. Rehabilitation and training in the water enables you to benefit from:

- Strengthened muscle tone & conditioning through resistance

Aquatic Exercise and General Use
Following therapy, should your medical insurance only cover a specific number of treatments, our aquatic pool is open for your ongoing use for a nominal fee. We offer a wide variety of group and private, one-on-one aquatic exercise programs, plus our pool is available for your general enjoyment and relaxation.
